GOST stands for Goals, Objectives, Strategies, and Tactics. That is how software is built: the goal defines the product, objectives are increments, strategy is the system, and tactics put it in production.

How is it different from a traditional consultancy?

We do not hand over a diagnosis for someone else to run. We enter the missing station and build until the next usable increment.
